Our Services
Product Selection
Our team knows the BEGA portfolio inside and out. If you have any questions regarding what products we have or what the differences are, we are here to help.
Suppose you need a general overview of each luminaire type and its specific functions, or you would like to discuss how particular products are best applied-we can address when and where you might want to use a specific type of fixture by providing examples of products best suited for your design needs.
Design Assist
For luminaires, our team can help with product placement, light type, and distribution for your application. We can also provide calc points to meet light levels for site-specific conditions or IES requirements. We specialize in optimizing luminaire spacings for pathways and parking lots, running fixture comparisons, and creating simple renderings.
For furniture, we can help you optimize product spacings, meet ADA and occupancy requirements, or just provide general layout assistance.

Modification Requests
Sometimes you might find the 'almost' perfect fixture for your job—when you do, we can help make sure it does exactly what you need it to do. If you happen to fall in love with a BEGA product and have an “if only...” moment, we are happy to determine the feasibility of modifying it to fit your specific needs.
Examples of modification requests include: Colored LEDs, non-standard heights in bollards, light building elements or furniture; house side shields, and more!
Site Integration
Maybe you don't need modified fixtures, but your site has a unique installation constraint. We can work with you to make the specified product fit seamlessly into your site.
Examples of site integration include: Surface wiring box covers, goof rings, extended lead wires, unique mounting requirements and more!
Technical Support
Depending on your challenge, we can help with information requests, walk you through troubleshooting, provide product support, and execute in-depth problem investigation and resolution.
If we encounter a problem or challenge that we cannot solve, we will get help from outside sources to ensure that we are never left without a path forward. This includes collaborating with driver and controls manufacturers, specialized structural engineers and more.
Quality Claim Resolution
No one is perfect. Even with the best of efforts, complaints or gaps in service and quality will inevitably happen. When they do, it is imperative that we fix it fast, fix it fair, and fix it right.
Our goal is to solve your issue for the lifetime of your project by finding and eliminating the source of the issue, not just treating the symptoms. If you are experiencing a lapse in quality with a BEGA product or service, please contact us right away.
