Controller/Director

Service leads the customer experience, and delivering an exceptional experience requires a unified front across the entire company. As a champion of the BEGA Business System, the Controller directs the financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of the operation, including interim and year-end financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management. The Controller is responsible for the companys financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices. The position involves management of general accounting, credit and collections, internal auditing, tax compliance, cost accounting and budgetary controls. Primary responsibilities include strategic planning, forecasting, resource alignment, budgeting, and coordinating financial operations in support of BEGA North Americas overall strategy. within a multi-campus environment.

Material Handler/Inventory

The primary duty of the material handler is handling and managing all stock items, receiving product into the warehouse, filling orders and ensuring the stable flow of materials in the supply chain. The position picks orders for assembly and shipping. Performs daily cycle counting; stocks material; issues and closes Mos and prints pick lists. Performs daily housekeeping tasks.

Machine Operator

The Machine Operator I is responsible for the operation of machines in the Machine Shop by/which includes but is not limited to: the machining of parts according to production targets and problem solving. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who is able to give and take constructive feedback, effectively collaborate with coworkers, and prioritize workflow in a fast paced environment while demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Finish Prep Assistant I

The Paint Finish Prep Assistant I position assists in all aspects of the finish process aside from painting/powder coating to ensure the on-time delivery of components that meet BEGAs quality and performance standards. This includes, but is not limited to; material handling, surface preparation, and automated conveyor line duties such as part loading, part plugging/masking and part offloading. Finish Prep Assistants also help with masking parts for liquid paint and completed part inspection. The Finish Prep Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Department Line Lead and in cooperation with other employees as part of a work team as well as individually throughout different production areas of the department.
