Supply Chain Manager
Service leads the customer experience, and delivering an exceptional experience requires a unified front across the entire company. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for operational excellence in support of world-class service delivery in all make areas (fabrication, paint, and assembly) of BEGA on our beautiful site in Carpinteria, CA. Primary responsibilities include resource alignment, budgeting, and coordinating production in support of BEGA North America’s overall strategy. When taking on these responsibilities, it is important to consider BEGA’s service purpose, which is to create meaningful and lasting connections. Our service purpose emphasizes how the organization should view and conduct itself and it expresses our desired impact on the lives of whoever we are trying to service. This important societal shift is increasing our customers’ demand for high-quality architectural outdoor lighting and furniture solutions. With the introduction of BEGA Furniture in July of 2023, we are now able to fully capitalize on this opportunity and adjacent market. As a Business Developer your responsibility is growing and optimizing our outdoor furniture business within your assigned territory. Primary levers to achieve this goal will be establishing and developing meaningful relationships with customers, suppliers, and current BEGA sales partners. Ultimately you are responsible for increasing revenue specific to furniture sales through brand building, product promotion, specification development, project management, customer support, and the ‘entrepreneurial spirit’.

The Planner is responsible for optimizing, developing planning, scheduling by/which includes analyzing new customer orders, ensuring that production orders, purchase orders, and other supporting requirements are in place to successfully deliver on or before the customer due date. The planner will work under the direct supervisor of the Planning and Production Control supervisor and will bring with them previous experience with ERP and MRP or a related field.
