We are no longer providing replacement parts for legacy lamping products. This decision was made in the spirit of continuous improvement. To make a long story short, these products are no longer relevant in the market, their use is often prohibited by energy codes, and the supply chain for their components is no longer reliable. As our business grows, so must our processes, people, and products. Our portfolio has grown immensely, while our office and warehouse spaces have not. In order for BEGA to continue to grow and develop, we must let go of the past and embrace our inevitable future.

To clarify, replacement parts is inclusive of all components for all incandescent, fluorescent, metal halide, and high pressure sodium fittings; as well as older LED fittings that fall outside of warranty. We will continue to provide both glass and LED boards as covered by our 20-year replacement promise. LED retrofit kits will still be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.

We will always strive to provide you with world class service. BEGA has a team of dedicated Solutions Engineers who would be happy to recommend an LED alternative from our current portfolio. Please email info@bega-us.com for more information.

All BEGA products are UL or CSA listed, suitable for wet locations. BEGA products are not suitable for installation inside of a spa, sauna, or in the wall of a shower/bath stall. BEGA does not recommend luminaires with non-isolated metal parts be used in these applications.

There are many products available through our international site, BEGA.com, that look identical to fixtures available at BEGA North America. However, products on bega-us.com are specifically engineered to meet North American electrical code and requirements and carry the required NRTL listings such as UL or CSA. Fixtures purchased through international sites do not carry these listings and often have slightly different installation methods or voltages.

There are some products available internationally that are not available in the North American market.

BEGA products are NRTL listed to North American Standards. UL and CSA are both NRTL compliant testing organizations, and provide certification for use in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America. Please refer to the label inside your BEGA luminaire for specific certification details. You can read more about NRTL listings here.
