Assembly Supervisor
The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Assembly department personnel in order to meet BEGA North America’s business objectives as they relate to the department. The area of responsibility includes sub-assembly and luminaire assembly. This position provides leadership and supervision to members of the assembly team and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

In support of our service purpose and tasks, a BEGA Order Entry (OE) Specialist's role is to process new orders on time, and with zero defects, every time. The OE Specialist verifies that the ordering customer information, billing information, project and product details, and commission splits provided by our sales partners are received with all necessary information and entered with precision. As a member of the service team, the OE Specialist must always exhibit our core values; everything must be done with Quality as the driving force.

The Business Process Analyst owns business process design across ERP-centric workflows at BEGA, enforces structured requirements before execution, establishes process standards aligned to industry best practices, and acts as the control point between business demand and IT delivery.
This is a hands-on practitioner role. The Business Process Analyst personally writes requirements, builds process maps, runs validation sessions, and documents SOPs. The role partners with business stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain, and sales to translate business needs into clear, actionable process and system requirements, with a strong bias toward configuration over customization. The role challenges stakeholders, vendors, and IT team members when standards or best practices are at risk, and defends recommendations with clear rationale.
This position reports to the Head of IT.

Product Design Engineer I is an entry-level position responsible for adapting European light fixtures to be NEC and Safety agency compliant for the North American market. This individual will work directly with Product Desing Engineering Manager in the design, development and safety agency listing of BEGA products for North America. The Modification Engineer 2 is responsible for design and manufacturing support for product modification. The Modification Engineering team works closely with our Solutions Engineering Team and Manufacturing team to bring customer defined special project needs to fruition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering mind set, Solid Works Experience, a creative/can do disposition, a desire to provide world class customer service internally and externally, a desire to find a solution and be an effective communicator.
